The Zumo 550 boasts an impressive spec, which includes text to speech (in other words speaking street names, for example “Turn left on Main Street in 200 yards”), Bluetooth hands free calling, XM NavTraffic for North American users, and TMC traffic alerts. It has a free in car kit too.

The LG KF600 is a slide phone with a dual screen display. The main screen is situated at the top, whilst at the bottom is a smaller screen, which LG have called the InteractPad, which is a context sensitive touch screen display. This is a phone trying to stand out from the crowd.
3 Mobile Broadband Review
April 17th, 2008 · 10 Comments
I’ve recently been testing out the mobile broadband service from 3 using one of their new USB dongles.
For anyone not familiar with mobile broadband, it offers broadband internet without the need for your laptop or PC to be connected to a landline or wireless hot spot. If you’re on the move a lot with your laptop then in theory it means you can get internet access wherever you are.

Navman S50 Sat Nav Review
April 4th, 2008 · 5 Comments
This reviews looks at the Navman S50. It boasts a good set of features for the price including a 4.3’’ widescreen, safety cameras and Bluetooth. I’ve found previous sat nav systems from Navman to be disappointing so I was interested to see if the S50 would buck this trend.

Garmin Nuvi 770 Sat Nav Review
February 19th, 2008 · 27 Comments
This article reviews the Garmin Nuvi 770 satellite navigation system. The Nuvi 770 is the top of the range model currently available in the UK.
If you compare it to the likes of the Nuvi 250W it is almost £100 more expensive. So what extras do you get and is it worth the extra money? This review will try to help you decide.
The Nuvi 770 is identical to the Nuvi 760 except it has transatlantic maps covering both Europe and North America, whereas the Nuvi 760 just has European mapping. If you don’t need the North American maps then go for the Nuvi 760, it is about £30-40 cheaper.
