		<description>Yes,that&#039;s the problem,I was in a rush just pulled it out and I&#039;ve tried to reconnect it and it does recognize it on computer but even when I use the option to disconnect it,screen stays the same until I take out the usb cable and the red cross shows,</description>

		<description>How did you disconnect the Navman from your computer?  There is an option in Windows to disconnect a device from your computer, did you do that before unplugging the USB cable?

If you just pull the USB cable out it&#039;s possible the Navman still thinks it is connected to your computer.  You could try reconnecting the Navman to your computer and disconnect again and see if that fixes it.</description>

		<description>There should be a small reset button on the Navman that restores it to factory settings.  Try pressing that, but before doing it copy everything from the Navman to your computer.  If you find that the reset loses any data then restore it back from the computer.</description>
