Re the Sony website I have never come across a more complicated website to navigate and just seemed to be going around in circles trying to find what I was looking for. When the Sony NV-U53 worked it was ok but I find the Garmin 1490T much better and have not had any problems with it and I've used it on the continent and it was spot on. The only thing they have done is to stop the traffic cameras expiring even though they won't update them when new cameras appear. I have spent hours on websites trying to find out how to log in to my profile and the links they have sent me, send you round in circles!
