		<description>Java was fairly easy to pick up.  I started using Java in 2000.  I&#039;d been using Visual Basic for 5 years prior to that, so the transition over to Java wasn&#039;t that difficult.

Once you&#039;ve learned a few languages I find it gets easier to learn new ones.  Of course there are always more obscure languages that take a while to figure out!</description>
