I came across this very funny cartoon of customer expectations. Since I’m a software developer it made me laugh. I think anyone from project managers, business consultants, programmers or documentation folks can appreciate some of this. I particularly liked the section on customer documentation, that is an area on many software projects than can get overlooked or neglected.
