Firstly, your ISP needs to support multicasting. Thankfully my ISP is Zen Internet which supports this. Quite a few others do as well. There were a few things I had to configure on my ZyXEL router regarding firewall rules and IGMP but got it working pretty easily thanks to Red Squirrel
